Hi, can anyone tell me how to create/print a pdf with bleed ??

I currently create my PDFs through an Agfa Apogee Normaliser,
which gives me a page size, for example, of 210x297 + 3mm bleed
all round, which works fine with my Preps imposition software.

My problem arises when i want to print a single pdf out of Acrobat
6 to a proofing device, putting trims on in Acrobat, I get a nice set of
3mm offset trims, but no bleed anywhere, just a 210x297 page.

Please help
