Emailing is NOT submitting. It requires that the user's computer
is fully configured to deal with mailto URL's - which may or may not be the
case on ANY OS platform.
Second, Acrobat/Adobe Reader does NOT support mailto URL's.
If you want submission that works - use a web server!
