Just to clarify, what do you mean by a "built in image"? Are you
referring to one of Acrobat's "built-in" stamps annotations -- like
'Confidential', 'Draft' etc.

If you are thinking of applying stamps which behave more like Watermarks
(can't move them with the Hand tool) then I'd suggest a few 3rd party
products:
