Finally found out why I never had the little Word macro buttons for
PDFMaker and Make And E-mail PDF.

You have to go to the MS Office X downloads for Microsoft and
download and install the latest Word updaters. Then, you run the
Detect and Repair command under Acrobat's Help menu.

Then you will get those little buttons.
