Our journal often has articles with special characters, Math, science, Greek letters. All the characters do not come through in the PDF, and as far as I know there are no licensing restrictions with the fonts (Euclid symbol font, MT symbol font). My test document is in Word2000 Windows; I have used several option combinations in Distiller and have tried the PDF directly from Word. What can the matter be???
