Topic: PDF/Reader distribution

I want to distribute a PDF on CD-ROM. What do I have to do to include Windows and Mac Adobe Readers on the CD and make them auto-install (after user confirmation) if not already installed on the user's machine? (Or, where do I need to go to get the answers?)

I also want the PDF to be unviewable until the user has answered "yes" to a page displaying legal claptrap. It would be best if they just have to do this once, either at install time or the first time they open the PDF. Is there any way to do that? (I'm guessing FileOpen or some other plugin might be needed...)
