Wow - thanks for the link - indispensable
I'd gotten the feeling from seeing other stuff by the adobe.au team/users that they were a fairly proactive (excuse corporate jargon) bunch.
They deserve a clap for producing this. And adobe.com deserve a slap in the face with a wet kipper. (in particular for refusing to publicly acknowledge the scanning problems!)
(now someone tell me that it was our US cousins who created this guide...)
