That's right, to get the most out of the product, it would be desirable
to have some programming experience. I've used the product on a few
occasions without any real hassles.

That being said, what is it exactly that you're trying to do with
Toolkit here Dave? Is it for a client-based solution, or are you
integrating the Toolkit's functionality within a web environment?
