Topic: Acrobat displays blank pages or it hangs

Hi,

We are using PDF forms in our web-site. When user selects a particular form from menu, that pdf file is displayed in frame. We are using IE as web browser. Sometimes when user clicks on PDF link, Adobe reader opens up and just hangs. It does not display the pdf file. Sometime Adobe reader will load and displays blank page. Users need to close all the instances of IE to make it work again. Sometimes they need to even reboot the machine.

I will appreciate if anyone can help me out with this problem. We are using Adobe reader 5.05.

Thanks
