Topic: Paper Capture Plug-In Error

Hi,

I'm getting an error message when I use the paper capture plug-in tool I downloaded from Acrobat's website. Usually once I start capturing, it'll be working and then once it gets to a certain page, I get the following error message:

"Acrobat ran into the following problem with the Paper Capture recognition server:
Paper Capture recognition server could not process page(s).
This could be due to existing errors in the document or limitations of the 'Paper Capture' functionality."

Has anyone else gotten this error message or heard of it? Any ideas on why this might be happening. I have multiple pdf files I'm capturing each with ~70 to ~100 pages. I only have this problem with some of the files. They were all scanned the same way and converted to PDF using Acrobat Distiller. Any insight/ advice would be great.

Thanks,
Christine
