Topic: Remove titles from notes?

Hello. Is there any way to remove the titles from comments in a PDF? If so, they would be quite IDEAL for my purpose, which is not document review, but rather providing mini-transcripts of little video clips I will be placing into a linguistics paper. I see how to modify the title and author, so I could fill them in with other stuff such as the utterance number(s), and the word 'Transcript'. And I suppose I could change my computer's date to the date of the transcript so that it will get put in, too. Now if I could just get rid of the TIME OF DAY, which of course will not be accurate!

Is there any way to do that? Or if not, then is there a way to make the yellow title bar disappear?

Or is there perhaps some other way to accomplish my purpose? I thought of linking to a text file, but I'd like something nicer than having to open up, say, Notepad each time the user clicks a button... Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Peyton Todd

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
