The only idea I have is that Thread 2 crashed and seemed to be doing
something with Annotations? Not sure what setting this is in a
'Settings file' but you might try disabling some in the Settings and
see if it continues to occur. Additionally if you post your settings
file we can have a look at it.
Someone from Adobe might be better able to read this data and give you
a better answer. Try your support.
