Topic: Batch Conversion to PDF

I dont really know where this topic should go or if there is already a program that would answer this question, so I am posting it here.

I have about 2000 multipage documents scanned onto a computer with each document given its own folder within which each page is scanned as a separate bitmap file (page 1 of the document "doc1" is 01.bmp in folder "doc1")

I was wondering if there was any way to create a batch process that would convert each folder into its own pdf file. Currently I am required to go into each folder, select all the files, click create pdf, and then click save as pdf. If there is a way to create a batch process that could take the folder name and create a pdf file of the folders content with that name, it woudl be a great help to me.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thank You

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
