Has anyone been able to place and play a SWF created in Flash 6?

I tried it today and kept getting an error message that Acrobat
could not find the Proxy settings for the movie annotation.

But when I saved the SWF using the Flash 5 option, it imported fine.

Has anyone been able to place and play SWFs created by Flash 6 in
the Flash 6 format?
