Ok here is the problem. After searching, many forums and not finding anything here is hoping someone here can help.

Originally we created some pdf files in acrobat 5 from word 2000 some of the graphics used which where eps v7 from illustrator would end up with small squares in them. I had gone though all the files and manually removed the squares from the graphics all seemed well.

Then along came Acrobat 6 and we downloaded the reader to check out how our files would now look. We soon discovered that in some of the graphics again there are random squares in them. As a test, we took the exact same file and opened it side by side on two computers one using reader5 the other using reader6.

Only the reader6 showed the squares in the graphic, has anyone out there encountered a similar or same problem if so any ideas what is causing it.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
