I have been using the "Create Adobe PDF Online" service to
convert a large (1.4 Mb) MS Word file to PDF format. It all works
except for hyperlinks in the Word document which have been put
in to enable easy cross referencing. The PDF version which comes
back does not preserve the MS Word hyperlinks. The resulting PDF
file preserves the blue colour coding of the hyperlinked items and
the moving hand changes to a pointing finger only on the top
hyperlink of each page. Clicking the finger does nothing.The
version of MS Word I am using is Office 98 for the Mac. I am
putting in the hyperlinks using the simple copy/paste hyperlink
feature of the program which works perfectly in MS Word. When
converting to PDF I have checked the "tagged file" requirement in
the "Create Adobe PDF Online" preferences checklist. Does
anybody know the solution to this problem? Thanks, Graham
