Topic: print problem after some form fields filled

using mac g3, acrobat 5.05, OS 9.1. i created 4 versions of the same 16-page form. 2 of the forms print fine but 2 do not print. all of the forms print perfectly on my PC when the fields are blank or filled in. all the forms print on my Mac when the fields are blank. two of the forms will not print on the mac after i fill in the bottom part of page 3. (note: the bottom part fields of page 3 is identical to the top part.) i've tried deleting the problem fields and recreating them, but the problem is still there.
any ideas?
