Topic: Can't Find Adobe

Ever since upgrading to 6.0
no pdf will open in the browser. (MS Internet Exp) Get error message "cannot find adobe"
If this is a new feature, it definitely sucks.
When a webpage "has" pdf's I can Save To Disc
and open them OK with 6.0. (definitely more tedious than the way it used to work.)
But when a webpage IS pdf, nothing can get beyond the error message. LOCK OUT

This makes 6.0 a "service deprivor"
in the catagory with other nasties.

I've tried reinstalls, cookie deletes, talking to the ISP (SBC/Yahoo/MS),
Windows file type associations,
and Adobe is quite inassessible to those who download a Free Reader. Several other customers have posted this issue, but I have not found any solutions yet.

Thanks to anyone who can offer a permanent fix.
