Topic: Cannot include page header into PDF

I created a document with Latex and converted it into postscript file. The PS file shows all contents correctly. However, when I convert it to PDF using Acrobat 6.0 Pro (I also tried Distiller included with Acrobat package), all page headers are gone and the main text is shift to the border of the page instead. It is likely that Acrobat shift the content up and the header is fell out from the page. I have no problem with Acrobat 4.0 (have not tried with 5.0).

Anyone have solution or idea?
