Who can help me out this is the case :
I have a acrobat document named letter.pdf which consist of 5 pages.
This letter.pdf I want to distribute to several users.
The 1st page is a form. Before a user can have access to the other
pages I want to force him to fill in the form and submit it.
So he opens letter.pdf in acrobat reader and want to go to the 2nd page;
now he gets a hidden page displaying you have to fill in the form before you can access this page ( this counts for pages 2,3,4,5 )
The moment he has filled in page1( the form)and submits it. He gets access to the other pages.

I have adobe acrobat professional 6 but need a starting point.
Who can provide me this or something like a sample.

Thank you in advance.
