Hello--

I am a book writer, and about to self-publish my second book.

This time around, I would like to create my own PDF to give my on-demand
printer if possible.

Using my Acrobat Reader 4.0, I can open the PDF's sent to me by my printer,
but I don't know how to create a PDF.

I have a Mac Performa 6400/200 with a 7.5.5 OS

Can you help me?
