Topic: PLEASE HELP - Powerpoint Custom Sized Prints

Greetings,

I am *desperately* trying to get Powerpoint slides printed to PDF, as Kinko's requires a PDF. I am designing these slides in 4 x 3 feet (48 x 36 inches).

I have gone thru the adobe knowledge base and have created a custom print size of 48 x 36 with no problem. That size does show up in the advanced tab.

My problem is, when I go to actually use that setting (printing only 1 page), and adobe opens to show me the results of the printout, i immediately get two error boxes:

First - "There was an error processing a page. There was an error while trying to parse an image".

Second (after hitting OK to the first) - "There was an error while trying to parse an image""

I then get a blank page, probably properly sized.

If I print to "LETTER" instead (to get a very small part of the image), it works fine. If I print to "POSTSCRIPT CUSTOM PAGE" set at 48 x 36, I get the same errors as above.

Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to print a 48 x 36 powerpoint slide into a 48 x 36 PDF file successfully?

Thanks!
