There are two conditions to be fulfilled:
1. Your PDF is saved with the "optimized for fast web view" option
active.
2. Your web server supports byteserving.
Condition 1 is no big deal for you; you simply have to check and set
the according preference.
Condition 2 is fulfilled for essentially all modern web servers (let's
say versions younger than two, three years.
Hope, this can help.
