Here is a nifty free plug-in courtesy of ARTS PDF. Acrobat Forms developers sometimes find the need to start with a blank page as a foundation for their forms. Other users sometimes have the need to append an extra blank pages to your PDF documents.

How to use

Go to File > New to create a new PDF with a blank page.

Go to Document > Add Page to append a blank page at the end of the active document.
