Based on selected criteria, this plug-in searches a PDF and when the criteria changes the plug-in creates a new PDF document with all the pages up to the changed page. The coterie would be a word or set of words that follow a key word. If this string of words changes then the PDF splits into a new PDF with the string as the title. If the file already exists in the destination directory RC:Splitter will append pages to the existing file of the same name. RC:Splitter processes all of the PDF documents in a source directory.
The RC:Splitter can optionally recombine the newly created PDFs into a reorganized complete document. The Combine function takes all PDF files in a defined directory and combines then into a new result PDF if they start with a preselected string. Printing of the results can be automated as well.
OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
