pdfPreviewMaker creates previews and thumbnails of PDF pages, either in BMP (Windows bitmap), JPEG or TIFF format. If you have multiple page PDF files, the previews automatically get an index number in their file name. The resolution of the preview files can be flexibly adopted to your needs. A variety of commands and parameters are available for the creation of files, e.g. generate JPEG previews with 72 to 300 dpi or Thumbnails with 64x64 or 128x128 pixel.
pdfPreviewMaker is driven by the automation module pdfBatchProcess Pro (module of pdfToolbox from callas software). Set up a watched folder structure in your network consisting of IN, OUT, ERROR and DONE folder and let pdfPreviewMaker process any file that arrives in an IN folder according to one of the profiles of pdfPreviewMaker that you have assigned to it. After the processing, the files are moved to the corresponding OUT folders and are available for further use.
