PRC AcosHelp makes it possible to create context sensitive online help with PDF files:
Click on a help button or menu
Click on a program object (button or field) and Acrobat Reader opens the desired PDF file, moves to the relevant page, and highlights the relevant heading or keyword.
AcosHelp can be used as context sensitive online help for executable files, MS Excel and other spreadsheets, MS Access and other databases and MS Word macros. It is fast and easy to use for the technical communicator, as well as for the programmer.
AcosHelp can also open any PDF-file on any page wanted. That can for example be used for Document Management systems, where one or more documents are saved in PDF-files.
OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
