Jaws PDF Server is a centralized, server-based software solution for standardized PDF file creation, optimization and distribution. The software allows workgroup users to quickly, easily, and cost-effectively create and share PDF files, which is now the de-facto standard for corporate file sharing.

Jaws PDF Server has a powerful and intuitive drag-and-drop workflow management interface that allows administrators to easily specify and automatically manage the PDF workflow. Drag-and-drop PostScript® language, Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) and TIFF™ files into hot folders for conversion to optimized PDF files from Windows®, Mac® and Unix® workstations. Windows clients can create PDF files from within any application by printing to PDF optimized printer drivers across a network and a toolbar icon also installs in Microsoft® Word and PowerPoint allowing any business user to easily create PDF files.

PDF files generated by Jaws PDF Server are compliant with the PDF 1.4 specification published by Adobe® and can subsequently be used with Jaws PDF Editor™, Adobe Acrobat® products or other 3rd party PDF tools.
