The 3-Heights™ PDF Viewer is an ActiveX control that can be embedded in applications and is used for viewing PDF files quickly. No third-party PDF products are necessary. The 3-Heights™ PDF Viewer offers several advanced features:

  • Enable or disable the outline and page navigation control
  • Jump to an outline item's destination
  • Scroll the window horizontally and vertically specifying the position or using the mouse move mode

  • Get the number of pages in a PDF document
  • Set a specific PDF page for viewing
  • Set the window mode (scale to fit page, scale to fit width, true size)
  • Set the display's resolution in DPI
  • Set various PDF rendering options such as image filters
  • Chinese, Japanese and Korean (CJK) characters are suppported

With the 3-Heights™ PDF Viewer Pro (professional Version) you additionally can:

  • View image files e.g. TIFF, JPEG, JBIG2, JPEG2000, PNG, GIF, PBM, BMP etc.
  • Print the currently viewed document or page

The 3-Heights™ PDF Viewer and Viewer Pro can be embedded in application programs via COM API to support VB, .NET, Delphi, C, Java, etc. applications. There is also a native C interface for applications that are not COM compatible.
